There’s Always Room For Dessert. WARNING~NC-17
Ron: He was stood in the kitchen, naked apart from his boxers and the cape that Padma had given him for Christmas. Ron was peeling potatoes with a cheeky grin on his face, imagining what Padma had planned for him
Padma: Padma apparated back to her London flat, an eager smirk on her lips. She threw off her jacket and made her way to the kitchen where she was incredibly satisfied to see her red headed super auror boyfriend in his boxers and cape. Her grin widened and she let out a wolf-whistle…
Ron: Ron did an odd sort of shuffle to a song that had been stuck in his head all day, not noticing Padma.
Padma: She looked on at him, incredibly amused. Padma couldn’t help but begin laughing at the scene before her, a high giggle escaped her lips.

Ron and Padma.- Hawaii.
Ron: Ron was sat on a wicker chair on the balcony of Padma and his hotel room. he smiled to himself as the sea breeze brushed his cheeks, the red light of the sunset setting the whole horizon alight. “Padma? Come see this.”
Padma: Padma pulled on her dress, lifting her shower dampened hair out from under the collar as she made her way out onto the balcony. She smiled widely as she saw the breathtaking scene before her, taking the seat next to her boyfriend. “Wow…” she breathed “it’s so beautiful”
Ron: Ron turned to look at Padma and smiled. He nodded then took her hand and kissed the soft skin on the back of it, “it really is. It looks like some sort of magic.”

After the Trial - Ron and Padma.
Ron: Ron ushered Padma out of the courtroom, his hand on her slim waist. He gave a friendly nod to a passing work mate and stroked Padma’s side a little as they walked. He was so cautious of her. Her choice to lower Astoria’s sentence had shook him a bit, he couldn’t pretend to understand her motive.
Padma: Padma kept close to Ron’s side as they made their way through the ministry. She kept quiet, thinking to herself about whether she’d truly had made the right decision. Astoria’s smile had unsettled her and she couldn’t decipher whether that was because she was thankful or whether it was her way of making Padma feel weak. They entered an elevator, surprisingly empty and she reached up to hold onto one of the support rungs, still firmly glued to Ron’s side.

The Trial of Astoria Greengrass.
Astoria: Astoria was walked into the wizengamot courtroom by the same two aurors that had arrested her. A cold stone expression sat on her face as her shoes clinked against the polished stone floor. She was quickly seated in the middle of the large round room and her eyes glanced over the council and Minister. She daren’t look behind her, knowing that Blaise as well as Padma, Ron and Harry would be there. She felt as though the room was engulfing her, the large walls and high ceiling, encasing her but at the same time expanding. Feeling every eye on her as she waited…
Kingsley: Kingsley looked down at the blonde woman seated before him. “Astoria Greengrass, you have been brought here because you are accused of assaulting, stunning and obliviating Miss Padma Patil. How do you plead to the charge?”

The Beginning Of The End. - Part 4. ~ Questioning and Imprisonment.
Astoria: The two aurors ushered Astoria into a dark room, with only a table and 4 chairs set around it . Her eyes then caught what she recognised as a pensive in the far corner and she felt her hands clam a little. The men let go of her arms and told her to sit. Her face hadn’t changed from the emotionless expression she had been arrested with. She sat in the uncomfortable metal chair and tapped her fingers on the table as the aurors shut the door, leaving the room to only be lit by a small lantern in the corner.
Harry: Harry bounded down the hallway and into the room having just seen the memory that Padma had given. His tactics were different to previous Head Aurors… Harry liked to drag the process ou a little rather than cutting straight to the evidence…he liked to make his suspects sweat it out and try to get them to admit to their crimes. He sat down at the little table across from the culprit and rested his elbows in front of himself. “You don’t look to happy or confident being here, Astoria.” he stated “Is that the guilt coming out to play?”
Astoria: She smirked at him, “hello Harry. At least you’re not Ron, I might be a bit scared then.” she leaned back in her chair, continuing to tap her fingers on the table.

The Beginning Of The End. - Part 3. ~ Goodbyes And Aurors.
Astoria: Astoria was frantically going through books on law in the library, all of them seemed to have never been touched. She was sat on the floor with half a bottle of whiskey by her side and the dog curled up by a fire she had set. Angie had left about an hour ago with Padmas wand in hand and Astoria knew she would have gone to Ron, every little noise in the house made her jump as she waited for the Aurors to barge in the house.
Blaise: Blaise apparated into the front room of the home, returning from work. He slid his shoes off as he looked around, “Astoria?” he called out, “Luv?”
Astoria: She heard the faint noise of apparation echo in the large house and her heart pounded against her chest. She took a large drink of whiskey and stood slowly. As she registered his voice she sighed deeply and spoke brokenly, “here.” She sat back down and took another large drink.

The Beginning Of The End. - Part 2. ~ Hard Evidence.
Angie: Angelina scooped Fred up into her arms and grinned. Today he would be seeing his godmother properly for the first time. She was a tad tired but hey-ho this was what being a mother was like. She took the floo network into her home, holding him closely to her chest.
Astoria: Astoria was sitting in a deep leather chair near the fireplace she expected Angie and Fed to appear in. She watched it anxiously and her knee kept bobbing up and down with nerves. Her stress levels had been higher than ever recently making it very hard for her to not reach for the nearest bottle of alcohol.
Angie: They appeared in the fireplace in a whoosh of green flames. Fred seemed to dislike the strange transportation and whimpered a little nervously. Angie dipped her head down to press a soft kiss to his forehead and shushed him lightly. “It’s alright sweetheart, we’re here now..” she murmered, stepping out of the huge fireplace and smiling widely as she saw Astoria.

The Beginning Of The End. - Part 1.~ Padma’s Dream.
Padma: Padma slept a little restlessly as she spooned against Ron, head on his chest. There were images clouding her head, flickers of her mum and dad, Parvati…Ron, various children from work and….her? She began to toss and turn, kicking the covers off. She saw her…laughing, shouting venemously at her as she barged into her flat…smashed the bottle of perfume that Ron had bought her for Christmas and poured the red wine over her. Padma couldn’t move….the whole dream played out to her…from the bitter argument with her, to her spat with Ron about Blaise, all of it. It flooded back to her and the moment that the soft murmur of “Obliviate” escaped Astoria Greengrass’ snarling mouth, she sat bolt upright and screamed.
Ron: Ron was fast asleep, his arm wrapped around her as he dreamt of scoring the winning goal for the Chudley Canons. he was suddenly awoken when Padma pulled away from him and kicked off the covers. He sat up and watched her for a moment before gong to put his hand on her arm but then she suddenly awoke. “Padma, are you okay?” he asked, worried after she screamed.
Padma: Her hands went to her face as her eyes almost popped out’ve their sockets in realisation. “Her…it was her…”

Good Birthday? Great Birthday.
Ron: Ron had spent the majority of the day ducking out of the way of his family members trying to fuss over him. The first couple hours of the day he hadn’t minded, the attention was nice but there comes a point where you can no longer stand your cheeks being squeezed and being asked if you feel any different. The thing he had looked forward to all day was seeing Padma after she finished work; she was calm and easy to breathe around, unlike his mother. His eyes were stuck to the clock for the last hour, while he pretended to be listening to his aunt. It got to 4 and he rushed upstairs to get changed to wait for her in peace.
Padma: Padma’s afternoon had been busy. Tests, new patients, discharching patients, a couple of children having operations, but every 10 minutes from 3 o’ clock onwards, her eyes would flick to the clock that hung in the ward and she would silently will the time to go faster. As soon as 4 o’clock struck she swiped her wand on the desk and hastily made her way home through the floo to change. 1/2 an hour was not a long time, but she would do her best to look presentable. She touched up her make-up from the morning, slid on a pair of black slim jeans, a deep purple silk cami with black heels and tugged her hair out of its wild pony tail, running her fingers through it delicately. She then brushed her teeth, threw on her coat and grabbed the gift wrapped designer wand belt that she’d bought for Ron’s birthday before apparating outside the burrow.

Progress
Ron: Ron rubbed his face and huffed. He was sat at his desk at work, with the pile of cases in front of him again. He felt like he had been at the same place for weeks, they had had no real developments; everything seemed to lead to a dead end. Ron slammed his hands down on the desk and got up to get a coffee.
Harry: Harry stood at the coffee machine, tapping his fingernails against the countertop as the hot liquid poured into a cup. He spied his best friend in the corner of his eye and grabbed another cup. “Any progress?”
Ron: He nodded to Harry in greeting then shock his head, “nope, I’m beginning to think we wont ever find out.” he looked annoyed and his eyes feel to the floor, “she is getting some memory back but it has nothing to do with it being taken…what if-oh I dunno-it was just an accident.”

Obliviated?
Ron: Ron had been watching the clock all day, wanting it to both slow and speed up. Padma had him scared, his mind racing with whether she would ever remember, had someone done it to her, had she hurt herself or was it some sort of sick joke. The clock ticked over two o’clock and Ron got up slowly, put on his jacket and left the house, apparating outside her apartment. He starred at the buzzer for a moment, the thought even crossed his mind not to ring it but he had to. He pressed it quickly so as not to change his mind and stood waiting for the door.
Padma: As soon as the buzzer rang, Padma jumped out of the seat that she had been sat in for the past 2 hours. She couldn’t sleep the previous night, far too anxious to what she was going to hear at the hospital. She got out of her bed at 5am and cleaned the whole apartment top to bottom before taking a shower and getting ready for her appointment. She was bloody scared. Petrified. She wanted to find out what had happened… But mostly… She wanted to remember. Padma rushed to the door and swung it open, grabbing her purse in the process. “Hiya….”
Ron: Ron was taken back a little at her rather hurried manner; she made him seem even more slow and anxious. “Hiya. Er,…I guess we should go yeah?”

A Past Of Silver And Green.
Padma: Padma lay in her bed tossing and turning, not able to get to sleep. As soon as the argument with Astoria had stopped, she had the worst headache ever. Merlin the witch was infuriating! Padma didn’t want to let the bitch get to her or tread over her, so she fought back, why shouldn’t she stick up for herself? The only problem was that when Padma was angry - she was angry and couldn’t stop anything that left her mouth. And low and behold! The exact thing had happened this evening… She had gotten so fed up with the fact that Astoria was rubbing it in her face that she’d been with Ron, that she might have let it slip that she used to be…. ‘involved’ with Blaise Zabini. Woops. All that was processing through her head as she lay awake was that Ron could see everything. EVERYTHING. Giving a heavy sigh, she leaped out of the bed and flung her coat over her silk pyjamas, not caring about the weather or the time. She had to see him and sort it out. Taking her wand, she apparated to the outside of The Burrow. As soon as she arrived, she took a little handful of gravel and began throwing it, flint by flint, at Ron’s bedroom window.
Ron: Ron had watched the beginning of their fight but soon logged off his laptop. He couldn’t be bothered to deal with the drama, they would both sort it out. He was lying on his bed, pretty much doing nothing, when the flint hit his window. “What the hell?” he ignored the tapping but it continued. Ron huffed and stood at his window. “Padma?” He mouthed then opened the window. “What are you doing?”

Seasons Greetings And Embarassing Intimacies.
Ron: Ron came stumbling down the stairs and ran into the kitchen to his mothers side. “Can you please just not be….you know,” he trailed off and Molly raised her eyebrows with hand on hip. “Be what Ronald?” Ron gulped and back away slightly, leaning on the kitchen table, “you know,” he held up his hands and stressed them, pulling an odd face. “What are you doing? You look like you are going into spasm,” Molly questioned acting as if she had no clue what her son was talking about. Ron huffed, “Never mind mum. Just, please don’t be embarrassing.” He stood, picking up a biscuit from the counter and left the room. Padma hadn’t been to the Burrow as his girlfriend and it was making Ron fret with anxiety. He did a quick run round the house to make sure everything was in order, gave his brothers, sister, brother in law and sisters in law the look of ‘don’t you dare show me up,’ before heading back up the stairs to change his shirt.
Padma: Christmas had cheered up Padma by a large amount… Her sister was back home, she didn’t have to work for nearly a fortnight and she was now officially Ron Weasley’s girlfriend. It finally looked as if things were going to get better for her. Christmas day had mostly focused on Parvati, but that wasn’t a problem. It was just nice for her to be there… Padma never liked being the centre of attention anyway. They ate, talked and finally, when everyone was gone, they were able to catch up with one another, including Padma informing her sister of the developments in her own love life. Parvati was happy for her. She had invited Padma to go and spend a few days at Lee’s family home, but she had kindly declined, not wanting to keep her sister from her boyfriend but also because she had plans of her own. She was already running late, spending an extra half an hour in the bathroom to make herself look presentable. Sure, she’d met the Weasley family many times before…. but this time it would be different. She still didn’t know their opinions of her as Ron’s girlfriend… they’d all been so fond of Hermione and Padma knew she could never be like her but she still wanted them to accept her. Grabbing her purse and the box full of presents, she kissed her mother goodbye before apparating to the front door of the quirky little house.
